Point of Danger by Irene Hannon

I enjoy reading suspense novels, but I love them, even more, when they are part of a series. Irene Hannon's newest suspense novel, Point of Danger, is the first book in her series "Triple Threat". If the rest of the books in the series are as good as this one, this series will be awesome.

As I began reading Point of Interest, I realized the storyline could have been taken right out of today's headlines. The heroine, Eve Reilly, is a radio talk show host who loves to stir the pot with her controversial commentary and on-air interviews. But somewhere along the way, she acquires a listener who disagrees with her and wants to silence her.

When a fake bomb is placed on Eve's front porch, police detective, Brent Lange is given the case. Several incidents occur that cause Lange to think they may be linked to attacks on Eve, but are they really?

Ms. Hannon has created a nail-biting, non-stop, page-turner that will keep you guessing up until the very last page. And for me, it was a total surprise ending. I was shocked to say the least.

Oh, and there is some romance along the way as well, which is always a good thing.

If you like fast-paced suspense fiction that will leave you wanting more. If you love good characterization where you want more from the characters. If you love romantic suspense, then Point of Danger is for you.

On a 5-Star scale - 5 Huge Stars!!!!!
